本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、本拡張機能の利用条件を定めるものです。 本拡張機能をインストールまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本拡張機能は無償で提供されます。 開発者は、提供の継続義務を負いません。 更新、機能追加、不具合修正およびサポート対応は保証されません。
ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
本拡張機能は、現状有姿（as-is）で提供されます。 開発者は、本拡張機能の正確性、完全性、継続性、特定目的適合性を一切保証しません。
本拡張機能の利用に関連して生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。 これには、データ損失、業務上の損失、逸失利益、誤作動、意図しないブロックまたは非ブロックを含みますが、これらに限定されません。
開発者の損害賠償責任が法令上否定できない場合であっても、その賠償額の上限は0円とします。
本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。 変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。 本拡張機能に関して紛争が生じた場合は、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of Focus Scope - Smart Website Blocker (the “Extension”). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.
The Extension is provided free of charge. The developer has no obligation to continue providing the Extension or support. Updates, feature additions, and bug fixes are not guaranteed.
The following actions are prohibited:
The Extension is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, misconfiguration, unintended blocking, or failure to block.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maximum liability of the developer shall be zero (0) yen.
These Terms may be changed as necessary. Updated Terms take effect when published on this page.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
