プライバシーポリシー（日本語正式版）

1. 提供者およびサービス概要

Log Pair（以下「本アドオン」）は、個人開発者により、無償で提供される Google Workspace アドオンです。

本アドオンは、Google カレンダー上の打刻イベント（入退勤等）を自動でペアリングし、統合するツールです。

2. 取得・処理する情報

本アドオンは、以下の情報のみを処理します。

• ユーザーの Google カレンダーイベント（打刻イベントの検索・読み取り・統合に使用）
• アドオンの動作設定（打刻イベントのキーワード等）

本アドオンは、以下の情報を収集しません。

• 氏名、メールアドレス等の個人情報（Google アカウント情報は取得しない）
• カレンダーイベントの内容を外部サーバーへ送信すること
• 打刻目的以外のカレンダーイベントへのアクセス

3. 利用目的

処理する情報は、Google カレンダー上の打刻イベントを検索、ペアリングおよび統合する機能のためだけに使用します。

4. 保存方法

設定情報は Google Apps Script の PropertiesService（Google のサーバー上）に保存されます。 カレンダーデータは、統合処理の実行時のみアクセスされ、永続的に保存されません。 本アドオンは、Google のインフラ外にデータを送信しません。

5. 外部送信および第三者提供

本アドオンは、ユーザー情報を第三者に販売、共有、提供することはありません。

6. 権限およびAPIの利用

本アドオンが要求する Google カレンダーへのアクセス権限は、打刻イベントのペアリングおよび統合処理のためのみに使用します。 取得した情報は、上記目的以外には使用されません。

Google API Services から受領する情報の使用は、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use 要件を含む）に従います。

7. 改定

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。 改定後の内容は、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

Privacy Policy (English Translation – Reference Only)

1. Provider and Service Overview

Log Pair (the “Add-on”) is developed and provided by an individual developer, free of charge. The Add-on automatically pairs and merges time-tracking events (such as clock-in/clock-out) in Google Calendar.

2. Data Processed

The Add-on processes only:

• Google Calendar events (used to search, read, and merge time-tracking events)
• Add-on configuration settings (such as keywords for time-tracking events)

The Add-on does NOT collect:

• Personal information (such as name or email address from your Google account)
• Calendar event data transmitted to external servers
• Calendar events unrelated to time-tracking purposes

3. Purpose of Use

The processed information is used only to search, pair, and merge time-tracking events in Google Calendar.

4. Storage

Configuration settings are stored in Google Apps Script’s PropertiesService (on Google’s servers). Calendar data is accessed only during the merge operation and is not stored persistently. No data is transmitted outside of Google’s infrastructure.

5. External Transmission and Third-Party Sharing

No user data is sold, shared, or provided to third parties.

6. Permissions and APIs

The Google Calendar access permissions requested by this Add-on are used solely for the purpose of pairing and merging time-tracking events. Collected information is not used for any other purpose.

The use of information received from Google API Services adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Changes to Policy

This policy may be revised as necessary. Revised content takes effect when published on this page.
