Stick Mark - Sticky Markdown Notes（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人開発者により提供される、Mac および iPhone 向けの Markdown メモアプリです。
本アプリは、ユーザーが作成したメモ（本文、タイトル、ピン留めなどの状態）と、アプリの設定（外観、言語、ウィジェットの表示設定など）を、ユーザーの端末内で処理します。
開発者は、これらの情報を受け取りません。本アプリは、開発者が運営するサーバーを持たず、アナリティクス、広告、トラッキングのための仕組みも使用しません。
メモと設定は、ユーザーの端末内に保存されます。iCloud 同期を有効にしている場合、メモはユーザー自身の iCloud アカウント（Apple の CloudKit）を通じて、同じ Apple アカウントの Mac と iPhone の間で同期されます。この情報は Apple のサービス上で管理され、開発者がアクセスすることはできません。
本アプリは、無料試用、サブスクリプション、買い切りの購入状態を確認するために、Apple の StoreKit を使用します。購入の手続き、支払い情報、購入履歴は Apple が処理します。開発者は、氏名、支払い情報、メールアドレスなどを受け取りません。
本アプリは、ユーザー情報を第三者に販売、共有、提供することはありません。

Stick Mark - Sticky Markdown Notes (the “App”) is a Markdown notes app for Mac and iPhone, provided by an individual developer.
The App processes the notes you create (body, title, and states such as pinned) and the App settings (such as appearance, language, and widget display settings) on your devices.
The developer does not receive this information. The App has no server operated by the developer, and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking.
Notes and settings are stored on your devices. If iCloud sync is enabled, notes are synced between your Mac and iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account, through your own iCloud account (Apple’s CloudKit). This data is managed on Apple’s services, and the developer cannot access it.
The App uses Apple’s StoreKit to check the status of the free trial, subscriptions, and the lifetime purchase. Apple handles the purchase process, payment information, and purchase history. The developer does not receive your name, payment information, or email address.
No user data is sold, shared, or provided to third parties.
